Our low price guarantee is designed to let our customers know that they don’t have to shop around for the best price, we have the best price on the cannabis products we sell.
In plain English, unless otherwise indicated, we guarantee that our price is as low or lower than any other licensed dispensary in Phuket. If you find another dispensary with a better price on the same strain we will refund you the difference between what you paid and the other dispensary’s advertised price.
Just take a photo of their price and bring it to us with your receipt from your purchase and we’ll refund the difference.
But we do have a few rules to keep things fair and to avoid confusion.
- The guarantee only applies to cannabis products. It does not apply to any smoking accessories, bongs, pipes, etc.
- This might seem obvious but you have to have purchased the cannabis from us.
- The other dispensary must be currently offering the product at the lower price so we can verify the price.
- The lower price must be within 5-days of your purchase.
- It has to be the same strain of cannabis. In other words, Mimosa vs Mimosa or OG Kush vs OG Kush.
- Similarly, the price has to be for the same quantity. Like most businesses we offer discounts on volume purchases so it’s not a apples-to-apples comparison to compare the price of purchasing 1 gram to the price for purchasing 1 kilogram.
- Likewise, the lower price can’t be bundled into some sort of promotion. For instance, “Buy 1 gram and get a free pre-roll.” There’s no way for us to verify the value of such promotions so we limit our guarantee to bud vs bud prices.
- The price must be a price that is advertised to the general public. In other words, we need to be able to verify the price so if someone has promised to give you a discount or some other super deal only applicable to you or a private group, we can’t verify the price.
- The low price guarantee does not apply to pricing errors.
- The low price guarantee applies only to the purchase price of the product and does not include taxes or other fees.
- The other dispensary must be a licensed dispensary with a storefront location in Phuket (all licensed dispensaries in Thailand are required to have a physical location). It’s very common for scammers to offer cannabis at unbelievable prices and then either run off with the money once you send it or they deliver a product that is different than what was advertised.
- The low price guarantee applies only to individual consumer purchases and not to commercial or reseller purchases.
- In the event that a lower price is found that meets all of the above conditions, we will match the lower price or refund the difference at our discretion.
- Our decision regarding any aspect of the low price guarantee program is final.
